If you own your own home and it leaks, this could be your problem. Pipe boots are the most common problem when it comes to roof leaks as the boots are only made to last up to 10 yrs and your roof is made to last 15 to 25 yrs or so.

After several failed attempts by other contractors, we called Drew and his crew. He promptly came out, gave us an estimate and told us when he would be here to fix it. Even though he had a very busy week, he still made time to fix our roof by working thru the weekend. We were very impressed with his fair pricing, his attention to detail and thorough clean up. He even video-taped, to show us, where the problem was and the repair as it was being done. We highly recommend Drew and his crew to anyone that needs home repairs done.
